OACADA is unable to accept Purchase Orders and prepayment is required to attend the conference.

Individual registrations may be for the Membership Bundle ($75), which includes both conference registration and 2025-2026 membership, or Non-Member Registration ($100), which does not include the membership.

If an institution pays for a participant, and the participant cannot attend, a substitute may attend in their place with notice to contact@oacada.org.

Accommodations at the Atherton

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Atherton located in the Oklahoma State University Student Union. A group cutoff date has been set for August 3, 2025.  Once this date passes, any rooms that have not been booked will be released back into general inventory. Individual guest rooms may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date of check in.
